"Great for grabbing tracks in a hurry"
I mostly use Heavy Hits when I’m trying to pull together music fast, usually last minute before a set or while I’ve got coffee sitting next to my laptop getting cold. The search works well, and the filters for genre, BPM, and clean versions save me a ton of time. I don’t have to scroll around forever trying to find the right version. I’ve also found a few edits on there that I couldn’t find in other pools, which was a nice surprise. Overall the site is easy to use, straightforward, and I haven’t had any major issues with it so far

"Good deal with the promo code"
I used a promo code and it went through without any issues. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but I wasn’t in a huge rush anyway, so it didn’t bother me much. The discount made it feel worth it, and I’d probably order again

"Solid App Compared to Others I’ve Used"
I mostly use Heavy Hits Pool on my phone, and it’s been solid. Compared to a few other music apps I’ve tried, it’s a lot easier to search for tracks and download what I need without a bunch of hassle. It hasn’t crashed on me, which is a big plus. Every now and then it takes a second to load, but it’s nothing that really bothers me. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Reliable downloads every time"
I was a little nervous about downloading bigger packs at first, because I always worry something will mess up halfway through. But so far, I haven’t had a single failed download here. Everything’s been smooth and solid, which is reassuring.

"I picked these up thinking they’d make organizing…"
I picked these up thinking they’d make organizing a little easier, and to be fair, the crates themselves are solid. They hold up well and do what they’re supposed to do. But once I actually started using them in my day-to-day workflow, I kept running into little moments where things felt more awkward than they needed to be. Nothing deal-breaking, just kind of clunky. They’re good crates overall, but I wish the whole process felt smoother.

"Good tracks, but lately the digging feels like a chore"
I use Heavy Hits mostly for playlists and crates, and the music selection is solid. I usually end up finding tracks I can actually use. That said, my most recent times on there have been a little frustrating, so that’s what’s sticking with me right now. Some crates are easy to follow and make sense, but others feel like a bunch of random songs tossed together. The search and filters could also be better because I’ve been spending more time digging than I expected. It’s not bad, just not as smooth as I was hoping. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Solid music selection overall"
I’ve been using heavyhits for a while now, and I’d say the catalog is deep. I can usually find older tracks, newer club stuff, edits, clean versions, and most of what I need for my sets. It’s not perfect by any means, but the music selection is strong enough that it’s been worth it for me overall

"I haven’t really had any problems..."
I haven’t really had any problems getting into my account. It loads quick enough and I haven’t been randomly locked out or anything, which is nice. I just wish the whole process felt a little less tedious sometimes, because even when it works, it still feels like one more thing I have to deal with

"Pretty Solid Remixes"
I’ve been checking out the exclusive remixes, they’re solid. Like, really solid. They’ve got a good vibe and make the tracks feel fresh without trying too hard.

"Pretty decent, but the sound can be a little hit or miss"
Most of the tracks sound fine, and when I’m just in a practice mood, they get the job done. But I’ve had a few downloads that felt kind of dull or quieter than I expected, which was a little frustrating. It’s not awful by any means, just not always as clean or consistent as I’d like.

"Fair Pricing and No Checkout Surprises"
I’d give Heavy Hits 4 stars. What I appreciated most was that the pricing felt honest and easy to follow. The product cost, fees, and shipping were all shown before I paid, so I felt like I knew exactly what I was agreeing to instead of getting surprised at checkout. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but since it was clearly listed, that made it easier to trust the process. I do think the discounts could be explained a little better, but overall it felt fair and straightforward.

"DJ edits are actually ready to play"
I’ve been using Heavy Hits for a few months now and the dj-ready edits have saved me a ton of time. the intros and outros are clean, the levels feel right, and most of the time I can just load them up and play without having to mess with anything
The search is easy to use too, which helps when I’m pulling stuff last minute. they don’t have every single track I’m looking for but they’ve got enough good stuff that I keep coming back

"Easy enough to find what I needed"
I found what I was looking for easily, which was a nice surprise. I’m always a little skeptical about having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was glad I didn’t really need to contact anyone.

"A bit hit or miss"
I noticed a few of the track details were right, but some were definitely off. To be fair, I was mostly paying attention to the info I actually needed, but the mistakes stood out enough that I’d say it needs a good double-check before relying on it

"Decent overall, but the billing was a bit of a pain"
Billing was mostly fine, but I still had to go through the invoice and double-check a couple charges like some kind of unpaid accountant. One discount didn’t show up at first, which was annoying as hell, but support fixed it after I emailed them. Not a total disaster or anything, just a dumb little hassle when you expect the total to actually match. I’d use them again, but next time I’m definitely keeping an eye on the invoice
"Good selection , but uneven"
Heavy Hits Pool has some solid stuff , and I’ve found a few tracks I really liked . That said , the genre variety feels a little uneven . Some sections have tons to dig through , while others feel limited . Overall it’s not bad , I just wish there was a better mix to choose from .

"Decent, but the speed can be annoying"
It works okay overall, and some files download quickly, which is nice. But then other times it randomly slows down a lot, and that gets annoying. It’s not a terrible experience, I just wish the download speeds were more consistent

"Support was quick"
Had a small issue with my order and messaged support thinking, "Here we go." Nope. They got back to me fast and fixed it without turning it into some big hassle. Easy. Simple. Appreciate that, and I’d order from heavyhits.com again.

"I’ve been using it for a while..."
I’ve been using it for a while now, it feels worth the monthly cost. It saves me time here and there, and overall I’d say it’s a good value.

"Missing Item Was Handled Smoothly"
I had a small issue with my order where one item was missing from the box. I was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth, but, they got back to me quickly. They just asked for a photo of the package, and after that they shipped out the missing piece without making it a big deal. It arrived a few days later and everything’s good now. Things happen, but they handled it fairly, so I’d order from heavyhits again.
